These terms apply when you use Joboola, which is run by Joboola. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Joboola shows job adverts from employers, recruiters and job boards. We are not the employer for these jobs. We check adverts and remove ones that break our rules, but we cannot guarantee every detail — always confirm pay, hours and conditions with the employer before you accept a job.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to mislead, spam or harm others.

Job seekers

Searching, alerts, saved jobs and your CV are free. Never pay an employer or agency to apply for a job — if anyone asks you to, please report the advert.

Employers, clients and partners

Adverts must be for real jobs, lawful and non-discriminatory, and show honest pay. Paid products (plans, sponsored jobs, video adverts and Enterprise services) are billed as shown at checkout or in your agreement. Sponsored budgets are spent only on valid clicks. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, try to break its security or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses caused by third-party adverts or websites.
